Refund policy

Here at Marilla's Mindful Supplies, sustainability and conscientious shopping are core to our philosophy.  As a result, we do not accept returns because it multiplies emissions per item.  We kindly ask that you consider your purchase before checking out to ensure that you are purchasing the items you want. 

Although we don't accept returns, that doesn't mean that we won't issue a refund if you are unhappy with something that you purchased.  Please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right.  Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.  We're always at the other end of hello@marillas.com.  Thank you for shopping with us and helping us make zero waste living an achievable goal for everyone.
